Delivery Information

As Be Locals is a new company, deliveries will only be to the Portsmouth area. If you are not sure whether you are in the delivery area, then please email belocallimited@gmail.com to check.

 

All deliveries will be on a Saturday in the morning and afternoon. For orders under £50, we charge £4. For all orders totalling £50.00 or over, after any discounts or codes applied, we offer Free Delivery. Deliveries will be on a Saturday in the morning and afternoon. Someone does need to be at home to accept the delivery. It is important that all meat products are refrigerated as soon as you receive your order.

Customer Care

BeLocals is committed to offering you the very best service and the very best produce and we guarantee the quality of all goods and produce you order from us. You must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and, in the event that you are dissatisfied in any way with either our service or the quality of the goods you receive, let us know promptly by emailing belocallimited@gmail.com.

 

Complaints in respect of service will be responded to within 1 working day whenever possible.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you. However, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your satisfaction, we will either replace the product, send a voucher to use against a future order or refund you in full.

Wholesale Inquiries

The initial focus for Be Locals is local products for local consumers. However, we will be looking at trade enquiries in due course.
